Emmanuel has over 15 years of experience and a proven track record in business development, operations, engineering, and construction across the energy industry. Previously, Emmanuel was Vice President of Major Projects with Pin Oak, responsible for the development and execution of capital projects. He was part of the management team responsible for the successful development and transaction of Pin Oak Mt Airy. Prior to Pin Oak, Emmanuel held various roles of increasing responsibility for Plains All American.
