Adam Watts serves as Director of Finance for Pin Oak, where he oversees treasury operations, financial planning and analysis, banking relationships, and corporate insurance. He is responsible for managing cash flow, supporting M&A evaluations, and delivering reporting to executive leadership and the board of directors.

Prior to joining Pin Oak in 2022, Adam held senior finance roles at BHP, Murphy Oil, CNOOC, and BP, with a focus on upstream development economics, joint venture negotiations, and long-term capital planning. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
