Dawne is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, state and local tax functions, and the annual external audit of Pin Oak Group, LLC. She has been with Pin Oak Group, LLC. since September 2018. Dawne has over 20 years of experience in financial and accounting management roles within the energy and technology industries. Her experience includes accounting and financial management, budgeting and planning, reporting, setting up financial operations in new business units, staff development, and implementation of best practices.

Prior to working at Pin Oak Group, Dawne served as Finance Senior Manager for the Mexico Business Unit of CompuCom Systems for 4 years, responsible for all division accounting, audit, tax, transfer pricing, payroll functions, and staff management. CompuCom Systems acquired the North America business unit of international IT solutions company, KPN/Getronics. At KPN/Getronics, Dawne served in several roles of increasing responsibility over 11 years and was the Divisional Controller for 3 Remote Service Centers in the US and Mexico City. She was responsible for all divisional budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, and pricing functions. She created financial teams to support the service centers both domestically and internationally and developed service pricing models to support sales bids and proposals.

Prior to working in the technology industry, Dawne held a financial analyst role in Financial Planning/Analysis with St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System and served as an accountant at Deloitte.

Dawne received a BS from Texas A&M University, an MS in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University, and an MS in Accounting from the University of Houston. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and a Certified Internal Auditor.
