Laila leads the Human Resources function and brings over 20 years of global HR experience, primarily in the oil and gas industry.

Before joining Pin Oak, Laila held various HR roles of increasing responsibility. She was part of the Global HR team at Compressor Products International (formerly an EnPro Industries company) and a member of the Global Services HR team at Dresser-Rand (now a Siemens company).

Laila earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston–Downtown and a Master of Education and Human Development, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Learning, from The George Washington University.
