Bill is accountable for directing strategic initiatives around the growth of commercial business at Pin Oak’s current Corpus Christi assets, maintaining strong customer relations, and scheduling and logistics. Bill has 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Prior to Pin Oak, Bill was Director of Oil and NGL Marketing at Cimarex Energy and Director of Oil Marketing at WPX Energy.  In his previous roles, he was responsible for the daily marketing, risk management, and long-term marketing strategy, including decisions around pipeline transportation and marine export agreements. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
